Luigi's Box is a search-and-discovery platform for e-commerce that provides AI-powered product search, recommendations, and product listings as a turnkey SaaS service. Founded in 2016 in Bratislava, with offices in Prague, Warsaw, and London, the company reports that over 3,500 online stores use its solution, primarily in Central and Eastern Europe. Unlike infrastructure engines such as Elasticsearch, Luigi’s Box is aimed at store operators who do not have their own search development team: search, autocomplete, recommendations, and analytics come out of the box and are managed via a dashboard rather than through code.
