These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Tudock Search Insights platform. By using our services, you accept these terms. The paid offering is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). No contract is concluded with consumers.
The platform serves to inform and compare search solutions. Users commit to using the platform only for lawful purposes.
The presentation of packages on the platform does not constitute a binding offer. By selecting a package and clicking "Buy Now", you are redirected to our payment provider Stripe and submit a binding offer upon completing the payment. The contract is concluded once access is unlocked or the purchase is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
All stated prices are net and subject to the applicable statutory VAT. Payment is processed via our payment provider Stripe (incl. credit card as well as further payment methods offered by Stripe depending on availability).
The paid services are digital content. Access is unlocked immediately after successful payment; there is no delivery time. Access is valid for the duration stated with the respective package.
As the paid offering is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
